by that I mean they own about 100 west coast parks.I bought one a few years ago that was as you described.. 

First time posting....I live in a A-Class suburb of Cincinnati, OH (West Chester) and I am considering taking a job in Tampa Bay.

It'll likely be in West Little Rock, though.  

NOt sure what your monthly cash flow needs would be to leave your J O B  but lets say its a modest 10k a month which is pretty average these days for west coast... 

To give a little more background of myself, I am a corporate jet pilot and aircraft manager for our west coast operations, and I am also a certified aircraft mechanic.

I have a property in the greater West End area that I already own (4 months into a 12 month lot loan from a local bank). 

I personally wouldn't live in any of my rentals and most successful real estate investors that I know in the US and in Germany say the same. 

I’m off island for the next 6 months or so but own a long term single family on west side.  

However, I would like to start some exploratory conversations with in terms of getting an idea of how much a rehab will cost for properties I've found via Trulia/Zillow.The areas I'm looking at are around Southwest Atlanta - Cascade Heights, Venetian Hills, Beecher Hills, West End, Adair Park, etc. 

When I was looking on the west side of the state I was hard pressed to find that.
