How could I get one of them to agree to sign an agreement to vacate the property?   

It will be mobile homes that have to be moved from the property 

Also, they use examples where properties are selling for $500K and up which is not where many of us are investing.  

I have a duplex in Rosewood, Columbia SC and I spoke with the City of Columbia zoning to ask if I can add an additional unit to the property.
