Subject-To, Hard money, Private money, etc.

(private lender, portfolio loan, etc...)That being said, there are owners out there who 'don't want a be a landlord' anymore and would be willing to make a deal.. 

I'll share a completely stupid one with everyone that I was just reminded of.So, private jumbo investor.

I do not invest in Medford but I   have a house I was in process of buying where my private lender fell though (family)  Please let me know of you know of any lenders in the area or if you would like to hear about it I can go over with you also.  

Is garbage a city-imposed tax, or is that something you'd be paying to a private company?  

You can use hard money or a private lender

First Gulf is a private commercial real estate corporation with their HQ in Toronto.

This is the kind of thing you need to finance yourself or get creative with private loans.I'm working on building my own neighborhood of 2-4 family homes, I am purchasing six acres that is already zoned for such use, and, the minimum lot size in the city is less than 1/4 acre.

We will have wholesalers, contractors, fix and flippers, private money lenders, and other investors. 

Hard money/ private money would have relatively short period to provide loan in the 1-3 week range.
