I find there's always a gold nuggets of information in each one and I go back to listen to a number of them multiple times.If you appreciate a post that a fellow member put up responding to you be sure to say "Thank You!"

Not all things super shiny are Gold - it's not anything new - just a new fancy approach. 

Being a wholesaler is a lot like being a treasure hunter, scanning the beaches looking for gold. 

I've seen his wholesaling course available for $1, many times, if you sign up for his gold club.

I am a bit biased since I am a Realtor; but, a GOOD Realtor is worth their weight in gold.  

Quicker equity growth than somewhere without the rail such as Mililani or Wahiawa, but I do not foresee, like some envision, a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow.What do you guys think?

I have spent almost 2 months learning as much as I could and along the way taking action, such as marketing, networking, and learning the legalities by partnering up with an attorney (worth their weight in gold).

When we first began listening to his program, he instructed us to  do couple of things (back then the newspaper was gold...He said to advertise in the Newspaper) and when he said, "...your phone will never stop ringing", he was right!
