Hi BiggerPockets fam, I'll keep this post pretty simple. 

Before I purchase an annual package, I was wondering if you all knew of any other sites that do the same as Brighinvestor, but cheaper.  

I've been looking at buying RV Parks, Boat Marines and or Mobilome parks, I've read that SBA and HUD do have loan programs in these areas.My question is who do I contact to help get the ball rolling and pre-qualification. 

I realized that this was the path for me to be financially free.  

I'm mainly house hacking to get equity build up so i can use that for my next investment . 

So I'm asking, What is the best way to utilize the results they both gave me and narrow it down?
