I want to minimally renovate the master bathroom and kitchen in the condo we just bought. 1.

I’m just worried it won’t cover my cost to pay my lender back for the flip and I would have to come out of pocket or sell the house for minimal gain. 

I have been in the business for years but recently made the jump into entrepreneurship.
