Josh,Yes, I did call the VA, they informed me I would need to sell the three properties.

As @Sam Josh mentions, RE is hyper local and funds work at large scale.

Educate yourself...Listen to Bigger pockets podcasts from back in the day...start with Josh and Brandon, read, listen, learn, go to meet ups...watch You Tube videos with Pace Mobry....Just do it!!
