Like the roof, A/C, type of electrical wiring, water heaters, garage existence and attached or detached, fencing, windows,  flooring type throughout, concrete slab or pier and beam foundation. 

I would also change the above statement to the woman buys the house the man buys the garage but perhaps both statements are stereotypes.

Tough to find right now but I suggest getting hooked up with a realtor who can build an ongoing report for 2-4 door properties in MLS.

It may not be the "rockstar" deal we all hope to land on our first-go; however, it seems like the general consensus is that getting your foot in the door is the hardest part, and once you get 1 deal under your belt you are poised to do more. 

It’s a 2 story 2bd/2ba condo/townhome w/ attached garage built in 1985.

We converted a two car garage into a nice unpermitted apartment under the main 3 bedroom condo.

I need to move the pole 15 ft south on the property to make the garage a front load.
