I am purchasing the homes at fair market value and close next month.The engineering and city applications are already submitted for the subdivision and signs indicate it will be approved or else no deal.I have the homes under contract and the property owners have signed another listing agreement to allow me to market their homes to the next buyer.

These are B and C areas for the respective cities.

@Myles Cardenas I lived in Valdosta for 7 years and I am very familiar with city. 31601 is almost entirely on the south side of town, up through downtown.

You can sometimes:a)  sell the land to a neighboring farmerb)  if close to a city, subdivide the land into acreages for people to buy and put a house onSo you might be able to save $50k on your house by selling the farmland for $100k and still get the farm life.
