I'm not worried about the homeowner themselves, if they want to breath in asbestos, that's on them, I was more concerned with the disposal and the neighbors too.I have had asbestos siding removed several times here in CA and I will have to disagree with you on the danger levels of the asbestos as I have seen the test results first hand and they constituted a danger to anyone breathing it once airborne, which is why we are required to have it tested and if it comes back hot, it must be removed by a licensed professional with all the proper equipment and then properly disposed of.I agree that government agencies and their intervention are often overbearing and over necessary at times, but with hazardous materials, I am all for protecting our earth and the people and animals who live here.
