Best, F Yes, indeed, some similarities, like you hear alot about passive income streams here, passive this and that, but I am going to shovel snow today, so there is nothing passive about real estate for me (as a hands on DIY lanldord, but I suppose some do farm out all management).

Good example of collateral substitution Ron, so long as the owner of the airplane doesn't insist on a lien on the airplane and the house.Check with your state laws on installment sales of personal property the lien may need to be on the property sold and first secured in default but additional collateral can also be assigned.
