Yes, Jupiter has some nice areas without as much traffic and not as many C and D areas as West Palm.

Make sure that what you do makes money (as in cash flow) and you have reserves (plans b, c, and d) then you DO IT.Finally, no matter what the market, the best deals are not on the MLS.
