Biggest thing to decide is how you will be paid and what tax goals or outlets you are looking for.  

If PM is your career, and you think that company will pay more and even have spots for you to move up if you were not taking 2 weeks off every 4-5 months, then you need to decide which is more important to you, seeing the SO or advancing in your career.

Trying to decide if doing an addition will be worth it.

How will a bank look at me and decide to fund my deal(s)?

I guess it goes in front of a judge in 4-6 weeks from there he decides whether it’s a sale or not.
