The tenants (both) were warned that if it happened again, they would be billed for the plumber visit (note: both tenants are female, but I have my suspicions about who is flushing products).Well, surprise surprise, it happened again EXCEPT this time the tenant (the one I believe is flushing products) called Code Enforcement instead of calling me.

Or asking for things like changing out a perfectly good lock on the front door or stuff done that doesn’t need to be done consider this a warning sign and don’t rent to them.

If you discover your tenants are incapable of having an environment clean enough that they aren't the roach hotel on the block, regardless of warnings, you just give them 30 days notice to move.
