Thomas-- I am in the process of getting my realtors license so I have access.I think it's worth it so you have access to all the REO listings, as well as the most accurate system to do comps.It's boring but the few weeks or month you spend studying will probably (I'm assuming) be worth it if you're serious about being an investor.

But this is true for most any business one gets into.Later on, IF the business becomes successful, you can farm out more of the drudge chores.Personally, while I don't swing a hammer much anymore, I still work many hours doing the things I like and which only I can do, like finding property, planning rehabs, studying the field, and so forth.It's my opinion that no one EVER succeeded at much if they didn't LOVE what they were doing.
