You can talk to people in the area; you can put in called to Property Managers; you can go to rentometer.com etc to determine what you can eventually get for rent for that house in that area.I wish you great success as 2016 comes to give you 365/366 days of opportunities!

Mrlandlord has good leases that you can look at or you maybe able to put in a generic lease that this person is renting a room from you but make sure you put down specific information.A good idea would be to call the housing court in your area and ask them how to write up this lease.Marc

He will skyrocket way out of the reach of Brother B in terms of assets.I've discarded the spurious distraction of Brother A paying an additional $100K/month on the mortgage and Brother B investing an extra $100K/month just to show what the real difference is between paying off your mortgage vs. borrowing on your house to invest.
