I keep all my documents, invoices, bills, leases, everything scanned and saved in digital format on my computer, and cloud-backed up to a service that allows me to access all my files over a smart phone app or on the web from anywhere anytime.

For those interested in going outside their sphere of influence (Bigger Pockets) as a supplement to increase their resources for building capital; I found the Gale web site with the search engine to identify a multitude of directories...one in particular that caught my eye was entitled or had the gist was "early investors (e.g., comprehensive listing of angel investors, etc.).

Putting in a pedestal sink.  Was planning on a large frameless mirror to make the room feel larger, at least 3 feet wide.  I wondering now if that might be too much mirror for a pedestal sink?  Would a smaller mirror ...

You could have it to changed to something similar to what we have with a "temporarily off market" designation, which I believe doesn't trigger the services that sell expired info to agents.

A web site is nice but you could also have the information in a Google Canned Response or something.
