(lyrics in a song, I forget what song), but that is so true.More so with younger people than older people, but we are a lot like water or electricity, seeking the path of least resistance.

We have lake waco, brazos and bosque river for water supply and many deep aquifers.     

The bank eventually sent out their Broker to do his Price Opinion on the house but we found that the house had been broken into, locks changed and a dog was occupying the house which had no power or running water.

I am hopeful my RE colleagues locally will be able to bring me a couple of opportunities in the beginning to help me through the waters, at least the first couple times.  

Can anyone recommend a good water sub-metering company for multi-family properties in Pittsburgh?

Account Closed water is included in HOA but yes I'm paying for electric. 

@Don Harris  this case you posted is a classic  SUB TOO equity skimming case.and why I always say SUB TOO for the seller is extremely dangerous and for beginners with little money and they do this it can get them in hot water like this guy as well.start defaulting on a bunch of SUB toos and you WILL have a problem.. some do it intentially IE get into contract rent house skim rents never pay on first.. knowing they are not on mortgage until bank forecloses them out.

I asked the roofing company at that time if there was anything more I need to do, since the area inside the roof must have got wet due to the rains, and they told me not to worry and to paint the discoloration on the drywall that happened due to the water, after the drywall dries up.

I'm not even including taxes, water/garbage.
