If I could reboot, I would go into Computer Science / Machine Learning / Programming / Analytics because these jobs seem to be growing, never ending, and if you can get hired, you can have a great w2, while building your rental portfolio, and also start a tech company side hustle (like cozy.co) potentially.

Here is why I made the switch:I use Buildium to manage my rentals end to end and wanted everything in one place, no back and forthresidents pay online via Buildium and the rent is automatically logged in my books for exampleI wanted my business systems and processes in place now so I can just feed the machine as I groweasier for an employee to learn just Buildium vs multiple softwaresSaves moneyI am already paying for Buildium, why keep another monthly QB subscription?

I understand that occasionally a smaller one under a sink for hand washing could be a good option but in general the gas ones are the best option.
