My experience has always been the more I put into something the more I got out and with turnkeys you're trusting someone else's judgement, opinion and expertise on just about everything with your property and most people (not all) I've met and worked with on my own investments have NOT had my best interest at heart ..they've only had their best interest....which is why I like to be hands on & not blindly trusting people.
