When I see property that are fixer upper in a great location and a great deal.

It varies based on the size, upper and lower, lazy suzanne, normal etc...but $200 a cabinet will give you a very good estimate typically.While you see laminate in those $425k houses...those are not houses that are newly renovated...and not having an updated kitchen is a hinderance to those selling. 

I will start the leg work on that right away.
