I have also seen what appear to be a couple good deals on recently renovated homes that are set up on the city of Tampa's Section 8 program.I have a upcoming USCG exam to pass and my income will nearly double.

@Robert Carlson everyone’s gotta start somewhere..developing relationships with brokers, lenders, investors, GCs, subs...anyone who may play a role in your investing career is a good place to start.If you don’t have that track record yet, you’ll need lots of people who know, like and trust you..and know you’re well educated, hungry and hard working.

For example mine is about self managing, work with class A properties, making a profit with tight number, working with a transient career, etc.

It has worked for me to sell many listings over the years.I’ll door knock 10 houses to the left, 10 to the right and 10 across and hand out information about my upcoming open house.

It is a great learning tool that will help you with your investing career.

My area lacks relative appreciation as its very linear, but it gave me a good starting point within my investing career.

Utilizing the upcoming world games as a predictive expectations of the local economy is a great way to look at the potential growth of the investment.

Over my professional career, I have found there is more opportunity in a down market than up and frankly I think the numbers back this statement up across the board.
