I want to give them a chance to pay their fees but the lease does not specify a time frame and their isn't any information on the court guides.

This past year I was looking further on how to learn more about getting into this trade/community/mindset and I purchased the Guide to How to Invest in Real Estate book published by Bigger Pockets in Barnes & Noble at the beginning of this year.

Agree on the need to steer/guide just to make sure, too many big events in PS to overlook and miss out on revenue.

They cannot guide you on what the value of the property is in this market.

I've considered Craigslist for a guy with an enclosed car trailer and possible multiple trips.

It may require some extra delivery or you to make a trip for pickup but sometimes spreading out the area you are looking can open up new options.

For example went on a trip 3 weeks ago just me and him for the first time in Couple of years and wound up meeting other investors coincidentally and having dinner with them.
