Of course the property manager recommends getting them to sign a a year lease.I'm leaning toward letting them ride it out then placing a tenant, at possible risk of scaring them off sooner with a lease commitment.

Because of a legal issue we had when purchasing property #1, I need to dot my I's and cross my T's, so I will be using a realtor.

We're positive they pocketed at least $8k from the filming.This has me in an uproar, but I truly believe now it could cause more problems than its worth to bring it up or seek legal retribution for the fraud they've committed and know there are other options.Anyway, I'd be grateful to hear whatever expert or experienced advice is available through this forum!

It really depends on your local L/T laws as well as what it says in your lease. 

Make sure you put it where it is legal to put a tiny home AND legal to do S-T rentals2.
