I know one of them looks like it needs a whole redo i mean you can see through the house, but it's in a great area that could really grow value wise in the future and the other seems more do-able to fix i guess i would have to take a look at them to see what they really look like in person

Realistically you will be looking at 150 doors to sustain a reasonably guaranteed income of that level. 

It's just outside a major city in Nebraska and less than 10 minutes away from an Air Force Base that provides great opportunity for future tenants.

AND will eat into future cash flow when we rent out this property. 

Currently in the process of forming a LLC to encompass my future real estate purchases.

I've bookmarked the page for future needs.

A lot of new jobs are headed to the area, population growth/trends in Alabama also seem to point to a great future in this MSA.
