Eduard,Can appreciate the plan you have and i think that is a good way to go, but i would save up a little more. you can get an FHA loan and put 3.5 % down, but you would have to live there. so if you lived in one room and rented out 2 or 3 others, that would work for you. but having a little more money behind you just starting out would be good just in case you have an emergency that needs to be taken care of.
