I know you mentioned video or audio surveillance isn't allowed but if I remember correctly when I was over there it seemed a lot of the streets have governmental surveillance already in place so maybe it's just that they don't want the public to be able to surveil one another.

What about repeated failure, failing OVER and OVER and OVER again and having your family pity you for a hopeless dreamer, and your friends quietly desert you because you're a perennial charity case, and people on the street sneer at you because the stink of personal failure is on you as surely as it is on an addict sleeping in a cardboard box in an alley?

The street smarts side of me raised a flag when I saw the word "projected" but I thought to ask the question here before replying to the broker.

If I see cars on cinder-blocks, chainlink fences, a check-cashing place one block over, cars parked on the street with a garbage bag taped over a broken window, etc. then it’s not for me.

Personally, I'm happy about it as that area requires long surface street driving to get to the nearest major freeway. 

If you think the ARV will be $200k, but I find a recent flip down the street that sold for $180k, I am most likely going to use $180k for my estimates.

This is particularly true in Indianapolis which can vary neighborhood to neighborhood and even street to street.

Wishing we kept the house we bought 2005 on 13th street in the ‘02 for 145k!
