I was surprised that one of his first comments was to protect himself for being "defamed".

I do think you have an idea worth exploring, but I wouldn't be surprised if there is some potential customers turned off by the look/feel of the industrial containers as opposed to traditional building so it may limit your customer base some.

Really, a surprise $750 bill makes or breaks if they can pay rent on time? 

My current lending bank basically just told me, not to my surprise, that there is not much room to refinance and take money out.  

We've found that some would prefer to just stay and deal with it just like a homeowner would have to do.
