The solution for this is always foreclosure, and the resulting inability of the investor to obtain financing at reasonable rates in the foreseeable future.  

Recently, I started using CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to get comps.For those of you who are familiar with CMAs, do you have any pointers on how to best use them?

We are not eligible for capital gains sheltering under the 2 out of the last 5 years rule.

That is one of the better markets to get started investing in real estate.
