I have a house under contract:Appraisal, inspection and bank approval done.just waiting on the closing date, but buyers want to rent the house while waiting to close.Is this a viable agreement?

I mean it's obviously dated but that doesn't mean you have to sink 30k into if you don't feel the need.

My intention is to move there but whether I sold or moved there, I would rehab myself at some point, I just want to speed the process....Is there any possible creative way to finance a Rehab for a property within the estate process.

Sounds like you've already signed the purchase agreement and are just waiting on the closing date.  

The units and buildings were out-dated and neglected, but the location was unbeatable.
