Our properties each have a different rent amount to make it easy to check on the 1st (eg property 1 $1595, Property 2 $1600).Inspecting the property - I let the tenants know there is an inspection schedule to check the smoke and CO2 alarms, plumbing not leaking, mechanicals look good, etc.

I recently did a walk through (April 2019) on the property and the second I walked in I noticed smoke in the home, and a cigarette butt in the garage area (that I took a photo of).
