@Tyson HoseyIf you have admin skills larger brokers have front desk people, free access to the MLS and if you are aware of what is going on with the market (new, pending, closed)Look into title companies also, they have closer and there are many other roles.

I'd also recommend you get Evernote, or something similar, to copy and organize what you learn into "Best Practice" concepts, so you are ready to go when you arrive back in the US.
