Should we organize a meet up and have coffee as a group?

Obviously they are designed to but it's a relatively new method of organization so there's some hesitancy with using them.

@Tyson HoseyIf you have admin skills larger brokers have front desk people, free access to the MLS and if you are aware of what is going on with the market (new, pending, closed)Look into title companies also, they have closer and there are many other roles.

Bought our first home in 2007, but investing since 2012 -- specific SFRs, only in NC b/c of my mom's influence and unique skill set (feel free to read my bio for more on that - kinda long story -- so I won't take over your thread with it!) 

I'd also recommend you get Evernote, or something similar, to copy and organize what you learn into "Best Practice" concepts, so you are ready to go when you arrive back in the US.  

@Andrew Bolton - depending on the level of ongoing service you need, I've been really successful at hiring people off craigslist - gigs - skilled trade / labor for x amount of cash.

It depends on your skills and your timeline.

Wholesaling is an art, it takes a skilled and disciplined individual to find quality deals that everyone will make money on.
