I could use some advice on how to incorporate a bathroom and possibly a shower to this.

At one time Black was even less than white appliances, guess what went into my student rental that I was renovating, all Black appliances. as far as the tub, there is not a huge difference in price and again it depends on the area but will a tub even be used, why not change it to a shower?

Hey All,I had a handyman do horrible work and now need to replace all the tile in the shower and potentially the tub too.

That often can be a great shower, great bed and a washing machine and dryer.

If you are just acting a co-host to answer questions on the app and greet the guest etc, you do not need a RE license :) My mom co-hosts for me.

He didn't ask to see the bath room (no shower),  and waited for a few minutes to see the area behind the retail space, but I was busy with customers, so he left without looking. 

Full reno while the main focus was put into knocking a kitchen wall down, cabinets, granite counters, new flooring throughout, update handrails and walls that were dating the property for a more modern day look, new carpet in rooms, new vanities in bathrooms, glass & tiled shower in the master, redoing the deck outside, landscaping and the property does have a pool but we just patched pebbletec since the cost of pools in the Phoenix market is absurd right now.
