Since you don't state what your area of interest is, you are not likely to get a response. ;-) 

I've seen what they have setup and like what they've created.

So if you are like me, the hair on the back of your neck stands up with that info. 

The good news is that just like STRs used to be less professionally run back in the day, so are many MTRs.
