I’m currently finishing up Real Estate School (which is run by @Chad Carson and I would highly recommend), and I am going to make my first RE purchase by April of 2019. 

Consider being a $60k-$120k worker for Amazon there and then run through the "drive till you qualify" exercise.

You may be able to learn a thing or two just by hearing other seasoned professionals speak about their business.Every journey begins with a single step, so you have to start from the ground up and walk before you run.

Ideally, if you were running multiple rentals in your area, you would already have a series of relationships with the people who own these stores.

We attended an OZ Conference in Portland, Oregon where they already have a few projects up a running and have talked with a few contacts about setting up a fund.If you are genuinely interested I would love to connect you with the owner/organizer of the conference.

Therefore, I believe its a worthwhile move that will benefit me in the long run without it being speculative.  

In this process, I have run across some questions; specifically about  running the numbers on a property.

I'm finding this a bit of slow process and doing a bit of fire-killing with running this but believe this is the path to take to ensure that this succeeds.
