If your having a heck of a time where you can physically go manage everything imagine the stress if you were a plane ride away instead of a car ride.

Mainly just flipping and wholesaling now but it'd be great if it also morphs for buy and holds.

so for now not going crazy but like you said we pay cash for the dirt.. so if we cant go vertical we just ride it out. 

If its not very long, you may be best suited to ride it out and not renew.If not, I'm with Thomas...... the lease states NO PETS....... he already broke the lease and you have grounds to evict based on that alone.

Now, as they gained strength and own the market, Amazon is morphing again and offering a hybrid cloud and on-premise solution. 

My best bet may be to bump up the rent and ride the wave for a little longer. 

Start the non-payment/eviction process asap before they take you for a bigger ride.

The other bonus is, I get a free jet ski to ride whenever it isn't being paid for.Getting a cut from somebody else to send them a customer is unlikely, they have no trouble renting them during the warm season.

I taught my children that making mistakes is the best method to learn as you won't repeat scraping your bare feet riding a bike again.
