As a former federal special agent, I can say this appears to be a slam-dunk case for either investigative body.

It may be a tough road to show 40+ hours per week when you work 40 at a regular job.

Although it may be difficult to completely mask the smell, make sure your charcoal filters are being cleaned or replaced regularly.
