@Daniel Tineo in the process myself, you can do 3-4 unit but the property needs to pass the self-efficient test.

In my area, I recommend doing an oil tank sweep and a radon test but those might not be an issue for you.

I can then test the market once done and if i can get more money than expected out of them all the while losing the headaches of a C class tenant base then its a win win.
