I do recall that plenty of neighbors had a lot of interest in purchasing for themselves, but did not, and a lot of them telling me I was "crazy" for over-paying by at least "$200,000", but I was young, I knew I had years ahead of me - or at least I felt that way - and I just saw it as an opportunity I'd regret if I didn't seize it!

I have looked around and it seems that Specialized PM is leaps ahead of others.

It seems many folks (but certainly not all) who move during these times are ones who do not plan ahead or are ones who have no choice.

Both leases are up for renewal early next year (no, that wasn't planned and isn't preferable) so I want to give them a heads up before the holidays that rent will be going up.

I also have some pre pays baked in which I should probably push back on next time I have a refinance, etc.
