Private Money Lenders and Hard Money LendersHello  So my question is since i am new to real estate what is the best way to get funding for a deal if your credit is not the best and your capital is not where you would like it to be ?

Can 2 private investors fund one deal, one at 80% and the other at 20% to make it 100% funding?

Can they make private loans with or without a lien, invest using their own name, a limited partnership, etc?

What about a mall compared to a hotel or multi-family, maybe a for profit hospital or private airport or a race track, they all involve real estate and they all have toilets. :) 

She told me that they have access to numerous private lenders and essentially act as a PL and HML broker.  

When lending private money is there a downside to having your own name on the recorded documents?

Taxes,insurance,vacancy We will tell you if we think it is a dealI will finance it through a private lender at about 4.5%.

I thought this would be a good way to continue buying deals while I am learning more about raising private capital.
