.- with the present market - there are many loan officers  exiting since all the  refinance  business has  dried up  and  also since the  purchase business  isnt  very  active  ....if you can  find a compnay that lets you be a part time  LO , this wouldnt be a  bad  way to get your feet wet 

I am very numbers focused and think that if I found the right deal, I would be confident in presenting it.

I presented the deal at a meetup and a couple questions investors asked were if it could be subdivided and if it’s buildable.

I have 2 partners in mind that I will be presenting to soon.

However, an opportunity has presented it self where the seller, apparently, will consider owner financing.

The past cannot be changed the future is unknown but I can change the present and make a better future.

I enjoyed some of the humor along the way.

The listing agent had already presented our offer to the bank and we were waiting for the bank to respond when the seller signed the new offer.
