Hi due to the rising popularity of sites like 'duproprio' where homeowners can list their buildings directly, i was wondering if anyone know how to make an offer without going through a real estate agent? 

Almost none of these places are in the list, even though they're more popular  for real estate investment than most that are in the list.2.

For the reason Jon pointed out above, his popularity is due to the fact that most people are living pay check to pay check to pay off that truck which is worth 8 month's of their salary!
