I'd think you'd want to be closer to the average range to hit a bigger target market.

I am looking to connect with people who are doing out of state investing.

I had already factored in self management...I’m just wondering how people do just continuing STR over the winter months.

I know WV as a whole is a trickier state to invest in because as someone said on here, it's kind of a one-industry state, plus the opioid crisis has hit WV pretty hard.

Well 7 figures were not common but virtually all our deals hit the high 5s and low 6s per deal and were bought logged and paid out within 6 months..

I aim to utilize other people's money to invest wisely in buy-and-hold multifamily properties.

Harrowgate is up and coming in my opinion, even though people still may call it Needle Park.

Does anyone know of a good community that's specifically meant for people who are more advanced in real estate?
