Should I get involved with the regulation process and fight it?

The reason cities have become so authoritarian is because they know the average person doesnt have the money to fight them in court.

Unless you believe the animal is going to do serve damage to the property, it is probably cheaper to just let it be than to fight it.

I see more and more protests and ranting from tenant groups fighting for emergency positions to stop rent increases or altogether want rent control.

@Margaret Lyon When you own a tax certificate and want to send it to a tax deed auction...you have to pay off all the other outstanding certificates, with 18% interest plus other fees.
