I have a 16000 SQFT Strip mall in Saint Marys, GA which has 4 small units (1000 Sqft) that are rented and 1 large unit (12000 SQFT) which was a furniture store before.

Remove any and all food sources, Move outside trash cans as far away from building as possible.Put out outdoor mouse stations and put as many mouse traps your self as you can.I've seen mice crawl up the outside of stucco buildings and they are crafty.

Today, they were measuring for their furniture and apparently are buying a different stove to use (we will put the current one in the garage which we aren't including).The reason I would be increasing the rent if the other people move in is due to market value, which doesn't seem to be discriminatory.
