Vacasa Guestworks(partial MGMNT model) says their fee of 12% is almost covered by the fact that THEY will pay the Airbnb host fee   Also they will handle the tedious filing of monthly taxes as required by my city/state regulations  I’m not scared at all to handle the online listing and am not keen to pay their 10-12% fee.

I assume since most people don't have any money the "sale" is for the equity strategy.

Firm foundation with cash only owned properties.I don’t believe in the blogs, podcasts and sales cashflow “guru’s" that push financing.There are hidden agenda's there and they make more money if someone can purchase more properties..Money makes money.

The reality is is that if you can take the cash from the sale and pick up 2 properties that both outperform your current condo, then that route makes the most sense.

If the STR strategy is the only strategy that makes the property pencil, be sure to purchase in a market where the use is allowed, the use requirements are protected by in place permitting and licensing and the permissions are transferable through a sale.

Eventually went to Goodwill for my clothes, ate bologna sandwiches for lunch for years (I don’t/won’t now, lol), cut my own hair (still do, because I don’t have a lot of it anyway), we refinished garage sale furniture and sold it, we shoveled driveways, then got into online sales of dvd/blurays (still do it) weekends and nights sending stuff out.

In person learning can be great if that's your preferred learning style, but there are many online programs that will give you an abundance of information and the flexibility to go through the content at your own pace.
