Vacasa Guestworks(partial MGMNT model) says their fee of 12% is almost covered by the fact that THEY will pay the Airbnb host fee Also they will handle the tedious filing of monthly taxes as required by my city/state regulations I’m not scared at all to handle the online listing and am not keen to pay their 10-12% fee.

Firm foundation with cash only owned properties.I don’t believe in the blogs, podcasts and sales cashflow “guru’s" that push financing.There are hidden agenda's there and they make more money if someone can purchase more properties..Money makes money.

Eventually went to Goodwill for my clothes, ate bologna sandwiches for lunch for years (I don’t/won’t now, lol), cut my own hair (still do, because I don’t have a lot of it anyway), we refinished garage sale furniture and sold it, we shoveled driveways, then got into online sales of dvd/blurays (still do it) weekends and nights sending stuff out.
