If so, you really need to up your savings game if you think you are going to be laid off in the near term.

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure some survived and are great at the property game, but it is categorically a different, saner time in American real estate today, a fact that this website and the company behind it have played a significant role in.So the banks aren't going to stop lending.

RE is a long game, rushing it only gets people in trouble. 

However, it almost seems like the rules of the game have totally changed this time, so I think that it'll be a very different experience from any of the previous ones in our nation's history.
