Atlanta's real estate market is ripe with opportunities, characterized by its diverse neighborhoods, steady influx of new residents, and a strong demand for housing.

They are selling their program to mentor and help you reach that goal in 6 months (Me Calling leads from Listsource.com to find deal, Finding owners (propstream) having discussion, Sending Letters of Intent (after they have ran the deal thru an analyzer to make sure it makes $ sense, Then finding the funding/investors in their network) and then to help you stabilize and refinance and pay off the Investors/Syndication. 

I am new into real estate investing as well and I am looking forward to grow my network, more if it is with other investors living in NY.

I recently moved to Jacksonville, Florida and I am looking to network with some local investors, owners, operators, etc. 

If the activity is considred active, then there is an opportunity to increase the loss through the purchase of a cost segregation study which would increase the depreciation into the earlier years.

Would love to receive mentorship and network!

Also, I'm trying to network as much as possible so if anybody has recommendations for different meetups to attend, or groups to look into, I'd be very grateful for any advice.
