Busiest I have been in 15 years.I think some investors are WISHING it was 2009 again for purchases but it is not.The Trump tax plan pushed the national economy passed it's natural full 10 year average cycle.

The contracting trades are very inefficient by nature and only really can make money by charging you higher prices on small jobs like these.
