@Ramon Purifoy I would love to invest in real estate where I have family as well, because then I know I could trust them, but my family is from a tiny town in the middle of nowhere and my wife's family is from San Jose, where it is too expensive for me to invest.

Good morning Melanie,I can't offer much from the "rehab crew" standpoint; however, I can tell you from a Lender's perspective (I'm Commercial, not Hard Money), outstate is scary.

We replaced it closer to the middle of the month & then they were "going" to pay rent.

We actually found a property this morning which we will go look at tomorrow but we are not 100% sure that we are running the numbers correctly when it comes to the expenses.
